Jane Cook, Office Manager

We want to welcome Jane as a new member of our team.  She is in the office full time so you can always reach her about any issues in our office.  You can always leave her a voicemail message (ext 120) or email her at officemanager@losgatosdoctors.com.  All billing is done off-site, with a company called Pulse Systems. If you have questions regarding a statement you receive from our office or from your insurance company, please start by contacting Pulse Systems directly at 888-816-0288 ext 4055.   If you feel they could not help, please call Jane and she will do her best to assist you!

Jalisa, Medical Records

Jalisa runs the Medical Records department. She handles all medical records requests. If you need copies for yourself or sent to another physicians office, written authorization is required. Please contact our office for more detailed information.


Medical Assistants

Sarah, Julia and Jessica will usually be the ones to call you with lab, x-ray and culture results. They do not make medical decisions, but discuss everything with the doctors first. They call your insurance companies to approve procedures and prescriptions, as well as work with other offices to help set up appointments with specialists. You can reach them by phone during their office hours or you can leave a voice mail and they will get back to you when they return. Their help is vital to the smooth operation of the office!

Lauren, Receptionist

Lauren is our receptionist Mon-Fri from 8:30a – 5:00p. She will likely be the voice that you hear answering our phones. In addition to answering the phones, she is checking patients in and out, scheduling appointments and updating patient information. Monday mornings are still the busiest for phone calls. If you can avoid routine calls during that time, we would appreciate it!  We have voice-mail and email for NON-URGENT issues or questions.
